ACADEMIC ACCOMMODATION PLAN
DSPS students requesting accommodations are responsible for providing their Academic Accommodation Plan (AAP) to their instructors via email. The AAP outlines each student's approved accommodations. This form is emailed to the student after they meet with a DSPS counselor to review accommodations.
The AAP is sent to students electronically. Be sure to save your AAP in a secure location, as you may need it to request accommodations in future terms.
Update File/Priority Registration Appointment and Your Academic Accommodation Plan for Continuing DSPS Students
Eligible DSPS students may receive priority registration, which allows early access to class enrollment. However, this benefit is not automatic. Students are responsible for:
- knowing when to meet with a DSPS counselor to request priority registration and
- being aware of their assigned priority registration date and time.
During this appointment, students will also receive their updated AAP for the new academic year, which covers the summer term through the end of the following spring semester. The AAP is required when requesting accommodations from instructors.
To stay informed, review the summer/fall priority registration or winter/spring priority registration pages for deadlines.
To schedule your Update File/Priority Registration appointment, contact DSPS at (626) 914-8675 or email dsps@citruscollege.edu.
