Apply for Credit Admission
CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT for CREDIT ADMISSION
Credit admission is for students who plan to take classes that earn college units and apply toward a degree, certificate or university transfer.
The first step in applying for credit admission is creating a CCCApply account and submitting the CCCApply application for Citrus College.
Please fulfill this three-step account creation process below BEFORE completing your credit admission application to Citrus College.
INTERNATIONAL AND NONCREDIT STUDENTS
- IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT
International students follow a separate application and admission process through the International Student Center. Please review the international application and requirements on the International Student Center's website before applying. - IF YOU ARE A NONCREDIT STUDENT
Students planning to take only noncredit classes (zero-unit or "free" courses) must apply through the Noncredit Admission and Class Registration page for the appropriate process.
Please note that credit students may enroll in both credit and noncredit courses, while noncredit students may enroll in noncredit courses only.
STEP 1. CREATE A CCCAPPLY ACCOUNT and APPLY TO CITRUS COLLEGE
To begin, you must create a create a NEW user account with CCCApply and submit the CCCApply application for Citrus College.
- A personal email address (such as Gmail or Yahoo) is required.
- Your CCCApply account uses the OpenCCC single sign-on system, which provides secure access to California Community Colleges online services.
All information in your account is kept private and protected.
STEP 2. CHECK EMAIL FOR CONFIRMATION AND WELCOME LETTER
After you submit your account application in CCCApply, check your personal email for a confirmation receipt.
Within two business days, you'll receive your Citrus ID number and welcome letter.
Be sure to save or print your CCCApply confirmation page for your records.
STEP 3. COMPLETE THE APPLY AND REGISTER STEPS
Once you receive your Citrus College ID, follow the steps to apply and register to complete enrollment.
