Citrus College is pleased to welcome graduates and their guests to campus on Friday, June 12, at 6 p.m. The ceremony honors the achievements of the Class of 2026 and celebrates the dedication and perseverance that brought students to this significant milestone.
This year's graduating class reflects the diversity and strength of the Citrus College community. The college is awarding 1,910 associate degrees and 2,151 certificates of achievement to students pursuing a wide range of academic and career goals. The top five majors among graduates are business administration, psychology, child development and early childhood education, pre-allied health and administration of justice and criminal justice. Graduates range in age from 17 to 77, including 42 student-veterans and 658 students receiving honors recognition.
The ceremony will be attended by members of the Citrus Community College District Board of Trustees, Superintendent/President Greg Schulz, Ed.D., Citrus College faculty and staff and family members and friends of the graduates. Special recognition will be given to student commencement speaker Henoch Perez, president of the Associated Students of Citrus College for 2025-2026, and Sarah Bosler, recipient of the Distinguished Faculty Award.
While the commencement ceremony lasts only an evening, its significance extends far beyond the stage. Each graduate arrives with a unique story of challenges overcome, goals achieved and aspirations still to be realized, making the celebration a reflection of countless individual journeys.
