SCHOLARSHIP DONOR-FOUNDATION AGREEMENT
To establish a scholarship fund with the Citrus College Foundation, prospective donors must complete the scholarship agreement form. The Foundation's director is available to clarify any items on the form and assist donors with decisions regarding the awards. For guidance, donors can call the Foundation at (626) 914-8825.
Once completed, the scholarship agreement form should be submitted to the Foundation along with a check or money order made out to the Citrus College Foundation. Donors who prefer to make their contributions via credit card should contact Foundation staff for assistance.
MINIMUM SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS — The minimum scholarship award is $500.
Donors have the option to make changes or revisions to the scholarship agreement at a later date. It is encouraged that donors keep the award criteria as broad as possible to increase the chances of the scholarship being awarded. The Foundation's director can provide assistance with this as well.
