Counselors are available to assist students with the requests below on a first-come, first-served basis.

WINTER 2026 DROP-IN COUNSELING HOURS (Friday, January 2 – Thursday, February 12)

  • Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Last student added to the waitlist at 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Last student added to the waitlist at 4 p.m.

NOTE:

  • Drop-in hours and availability are subject to change. Please call the Counseling and Advisement Center at (626) 914-8530 to inquire about waitlist availability.

Students may choose to meet with a counselor in-person, via Zoom or a telephone call.

Drop-in Appointment Scheduler

In-person drop-in services are available at the Welcome Center (SS 103) on the first floor and the Counseling and Advisement Center (SS 279) on the second floor of the Student Services Building.

  • Clearing prerequisites for registration
  • Course equivalency (information on which Citrus College courses are equal to courses at another college/university)
  • General information/questions
  • Holds or current academic standing questions
  • Math/English placement questions
  • Registering for more units than allowed
  • Registration assistance
  • Student Education Plan (SEP) for one or two semesters
  • Transcript evaluation form assistance
  • Transfer information and application assistance
