Audit Worksheet
You are encouraged to use the Degree Works audit worksheet as a guide for planning
your progress toward completing your course of study requirements.
Please note that the audit is not the same as your academic transcript and does not serve as an official notification of your completion of any certificate or degree.
You must officially apply for a certificate or a degree. Contact counseling and advisement office to schedule an appointment for guidance in interpreting this plan.
Student Education Plan (SEP)
A SEP is a roadmap of courses that align with your program of study and will be your guide
for selecting classes during registration.
However, if you, the student, create a SEP, it will not be official until you meet with a counselor or advisor. An official SEP will meet the matriculation and enrollment priority requirements. Use this SEP as a guide for tracking your progress toward completion of your selected course of study.

Note: your catalog rights determine your eligibility for degrees and certificates. It is important that you speak with a counselor regarding the course of study that applies to you.
Other College Transcripts or Foreign Transcripts
At this time, other college transcripts or foreign transcripts will not be reflected
automatically in the Degree Works interface. If you are a student with other college
transcripts, you must submit official transcripts to admissions and records and request an official coursework evaluation with admissions and records.
Credit by Exam
To receive credit for credit by examination (AP, IB, CLEP), you must submit official
scores along with a request credit by examination credit online to admissions and records.
