Human Resources
Welcome to the website of the human resources office. This section provides essential information about our department and its services, including resources for new hires, bargaining unit agreements, salary schedules and job descriptions.
The human resources office works closely with the district's administration, the board of trustees, faculty and staff to fulfill the district's mission, vision and values. To achieve this mission, we offer a range of centralized and comprehensive human resources services. We also ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws related to personnel and employment matters, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
The district is an equal opportunity employer. Our policy prohibits discrimination and promotes a diverse pool of applicants based on various factors, including national origin, religion, age, sex or gender, race, color, medical condition, ancestry, sexual orientation, marital status, physical or mental disability, use of family and medical leave, genetic information, military or veteran status, gender identity and gender expression. Additionally, this policy protects individuals based on their association with someone who has one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics.
