The diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility+ (DEIA+) office at Citrus College is dedicated to creating a welcoming, unbaiased and impartial campus environment. Our goal is to ensure all students, faculty and staff feel respected, valued and empowered.

Guided by the DEIA+ Committee and supported collegewide, we strive to bring about meaningful change through inclusive programming, policy reviews, accessibility initiatives, professional development and employee resource groups, all aimed at fostering deeper cultural awareness.

With a focus on equity and student success as our institutional priorities, the DEIA+ office collaborates with departments across campus to integrate these values into every aspect of the college experience.
