The Citrus College Promise program helps eligible first-time students attend their first two years tuition-free. Beyond covering tuition, the program connects students with guidance, resources and support to help them feel confident and succeed from day one.

To qualify, students must enroll in at least 12 units during both fall and spring semesters and take an English or mathematics course each term until all requirements are met.

Participants also complete a Student Education Plan, attend a New Student Orientation and submit either the FAFSA or California Dream Act application annually.

In addition, they must meet Early Decision program requirements or take part in a student support program such as athletics, CalWORKs or the Veterans Success Center.
