Need extra help with math or science? The STEM Center is here for you! Our highly qualified peer tutors can answer your questions related to any Citrus College math or science classes. We provide drop-in tutoring, one-on-one appointments and remote tutoring through Microsoft Teams.

This service is completely free for all Citrus College students.

In addition to tutoring, the STEM Center offers a variety of resources, including textbooks, graphing calculators and computers with internet access, Microsoft Office and mathematical software.

It's easy to get started — just bring your student ID for a quick sign-in and sign-out process. No cost involved!

IN-PERSON TUTORING

Location: Mathematics Building, MA 129
Hours: Monday through Friday from 10 a.m to 4 p.m.

NOTE: A valid student ID is required for all services.

ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENTS

Location: In-person or online via Microsoft Teams
Hours: Varies by appointment

The STEM Center offers one-on-one tutoring appointments through Microsoft Bookings.

Please review our policies below prior to scheduling:

Students can book a 30-minute one-on-one session between 24 hours and seven days in advance.
Each student is allowed to schedule up to two sessions per week for each STEM class.
Cancellations are permitted if made at least 24 hours in advance.
If a student fails to attend two sessions, they will be removed from future booking eligibility.
If the session is in-person, students may stay in the STEM Center for drop-in tutoring after their one-on-one appointment concludes.
