REQUEST A CLASSROOM PRESENTATION
The career services staff offers interactive presentations designed to support students
at every stage of their career journey. Sessions are available in person or online
and can be tailored to your course objectives.
Presentation topics may include:
- career exploration and goal setting,
- internships and job search strategies,
- LinkedIn and professional branding,
- résumé and interview preparation, or
- transfer and career pathway planning.
To schedule a presentation for your class, student club or program, complete and submit
the presentation request form and a confirmation email will be sent to you within
two to three business days.
Presentation Request Form
We recommend submitting requests at least two weeks in advance. Presentations are
scheduled based on counselor availability.
SUPPORT CAREER-CONNECTED LEARNING
The Career/Transfer Center can also collaborate with you to strengthen career readiness
within your curriculum. Whether you are looking to incorporate industry insight, employer
engagement or work-based learning elements, we can help you design meaningful experiences
that align with your course outcomes.
This may include coordinating guest speakers and industry panels, helping students
conduct informational interviews, connecting classes with job shadowing or mentorship
opportunities, facilitating career-focused workshops, or supporting industry-informed
research projects. These experiences help students better understand career pathways,
build professional skills and stay motivated in their academic journey.
