Enrollment Services

The Citrus College Enrollment Services programs are available to students, both remotely and in-person.

Admissions and records, financial aid, and school relations and outreach have a 24/7 online student support help center with a knowledge base of 350 articles and an online request form.

Admissions and Records Program+-

Admissions and records assists students with application, residency, registration, enrollment, student petitions, and academic policies.

Located on the first floor of the Student Services Building, the admissions and records staff are available in person during the following hours (noted by term).

Fall and Spring Semesters

Monday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (closed at 5 p.m. during spring break and Thanksgiving week)
Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Summer Session

Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Closed Friday

Winter Session

Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Financial Aid Department+-

The financial aid department promotes financial aid programs that remove financial barriers to ensure access to higher education.

Our financial aid team is here to assist students with general questions and to provide support completing a financial aid application. Students can view their financial aid status, award offer, and more using the financial aid dashboard.

Located on the first floor of the Student Services Building, the financial aid department is open the following hours to serve you.

Fall and Spring Semesters

Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (closed at 5 p.m. during spring break and Thanksgiving week)

Citrus College Promise+-

The Citrus College Promise (Promise) program prepares new first-time college students to be successful and achieve their academic goals.

Completion specialists are available to assist eligible students with any questions in the Student Services Building, second floor (SS 214), during the following hours.

International Student Center+-

The International Student Center (ISC) provides programs and services for international students that lead to successful completion of degrees, transfer requirements, skill certificates, and English as a Second Language (ESL) courses, while enriching the college campus with cultural and global diversity.

Located in the Student Services Building, first floor, SS 164, the ISC office and lounge are open during the following hours.
