Review the class schedule to determine:

if your class meets on campus or online.

if your online class is synchronous or asynchronous. Synchronous learning is interactive, two-way online or distance education that happens in real time with an instructor, whereas asynchronous learning occurs virtually online and through prepared resources, without real-time instructor-led interaction.

buildings and room numbers of classrooms if taking classes on campus. (A campus map is available in a downloadable/printible version, or you may view the guided virtual tour.)

Review your financial aid status.

Review where to find available support programs and services.

Your Citrus College registration is completed entirely online.

You can add classes following your registration date and time using your Wingspan account.

To log in to Wingspan, you need your username and password. If you are having account access issues, submit a request for assistance.

Take a moment to review common registration errors and resolutions on the admission and records Zendesk subsite.

In-person registration assistance is available in the Counseling and Advisement Center Short-Stop on the first floor of the Student Services Building (SS 101).

If you are attempting to add a class and Wingspan asks for an authorization code, it means the class is full or not available for registration because the class has already begun.

Once class has begun, an authorization code is required (even if the class has open seats).

Distribution of these codes is at the discretion of the faculty member, and it is generally done on the first day of class.

If a class is full, you may have the option of adding your name to the waitlist.

When you are on a waitlist (or waitlists), you must check your Citrus College email and WingSpan messages regularly. If a spot opens up for you, a notification will appear in your email messages.

If you are on a waitlist, you will need to attend the first class meeting to obtain an authorization code. If the class meets entirely online, you should email the instructor and inquire about an add code.

Parking permits are required for students. To order your parking permit, please visit https://citruscollege.thepermitstore.com

Fall permits are $70 or $30 for California College Promise Grant (CCPG) students.

Parking permits will go sale Monday, August 5, 2024, and can be purchased online through the iParq website.

Permits are required in student stalls for the fall semester starting on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

Students who need assistance with admissions and records, financial aid, and school relations and outreach may access the 24/7 online student support help center. The help center contains a knowledge base of 350 articles and the programs' assistance request forms

Citrus College aims to deliver its mission while protecting the health and safety of its students, faculty, staff, administrators and campus visitors.

Citrus College does not require weekly COVID-19 testing for all students. However, free test kits for students are available on campus in the Student Wellness Center and bookstore.

Also, while COVID-19 vaccinations and booster shots are strongly recommended, students are not required to upload proof of vaccination to attend classes at Citrus College.
