Counselors are available to provide assistance with academic advising including selecting classes, creating your student education plan (SEP), transfer, and academic status. Also, counselors are available in a variety of specialty counseling areas such as athletics, Black Scholars, foster youth, nursing, and STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).
Counseling appointments and drop-in counseling can be scheduled
through the online scheduler or by calling (626) 914-8530. Appointments and drop-in are offered in-person, via Zoom, or by telephone.
The Counseling and Advisement Center is located on the second floor of the Student Services Building.
The Counseling Short-Stop is located on the first floor of the Student Services Building, where counselors can be asked quick questions during drop-in counseling hours and there are computers available for any of your academic needs.
After connecting with a counselor, you may
view your SEP online at any time.
