For general registration assistance and questions, please visit the Counseling Short-Stop located in the Student Services Building, room 101 (first floor next to admissions and records).

Registration assistance forums, in collaboration with admissions and records and financial aid, will be hosted the first week of spring classes, February 21 through February 23, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Zoom and in-person in SS 101.

Our staff are available to assist you with the following:

  • adding corequisite courses
  • adding more than 21 units
  • admissions and records petitions
  • dual enrollment
  • external transcript status
  • registration errors
  • removing holds
  • residency
  • shopping cart feature usage
  • waitlists
  • application assistance
  • application status
  • award amounts and questions
  • disbursement or refund
  • SAP appeal process
