Alternative Transportation to Citrus College

Foothill Transit and LA Metro GoPass

Foothill Transit and LA Metro have teamed up with Citrus College to bring you the GoPass. The GoPass gets you unlimited free rides on even more buses. You can ride Foothill Transit local and Silver Streak lines AND Metro bus and rail, Santa Monica Big Blue Bus, Long Beach Transit, and other participating agencies. You can get your unique registration code from the Ross L. Handy Campus Center to load your GoPass to your TAP sticker. All you need to bring is your current student ID and be registered in at least one credit unit.

GoPass Distribution Process

The GoPass will be distributed in the Campus Center between the hours listed below. In order to receive the GoPass, students must have their Citrus College Student ID.

August 12 through August 15, 2024
Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
August 19 through August 23, 2024
Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
August 26 through December 13, 2024
Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

To obtain a student ID card and a GoPass, students must follow the steps below:

Step 1: Photo ID Card Distribution

Visit the photo ID desk in the Hayden Memorial Library (view the campus map), during the library hours noted below.
ID cards can be obtained 24 hours after students have registered for courses.

June 24 through August 23, 2024
Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (closed on August 22)
Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

August 26 through December 13, 2024
Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7:50 p.m.
Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Step 2: Photo ID Card Distribution

Provide photo identification (driver license, high school ID, passport, etc.) .

Step 3: Photo ID Card Distribution

Provide a Citrus College student ID number (located in welcome letter).

Step 4: Photo ID Card Distribution

Be currently registered for at least one credit class with all fees paid.

Step 5: GoPass Distribution

Visit the the Campus Center front desk (view the campus map) during the following hours for a GoPass.
