The following items are the eligibility criteria for the EOPS program. Students must meet each of the criteria to qualify for the program.
Because every case is different, students are encouraged to submit an application that will be reviewed for eligibility.
- California resident or AB540 student
- Enrolled in 12 or more units at Citrus College that are required for their major or general education
- Less than 70 degree applicable units completed
- Eligible for the California College Promise Grant (Method A or B)
- Demonstrated educational needs, as determined by EOPS director/counselor
- Must have a 2.0 cumulative grade point average if you are a continuing student
- May not have completed an associate degree
