Mrs. Elaina Phillips, a Citrus College graduate, has been active in the city of Glendora for over 30 years. She owns two successful businesses in the Glendora Village. She is very involved in the Glendora business community and is currently a member of the Glendora Chamber of Commerce and the Glendora Business Improvement District. Mrs. Phillips has also held board positions with the Chamber of Commerce, Glendora Merchants Association, and the Ardent Group.
Mrs. Phillips states, "I enjoy being a community participant at whatever level is available. I enjoy learning different aspects of how business and community can blend." Serving on the bond oversight committee "will give me greater insight as to how tax dollars are allocated and put to good use."
Mrs. Elaina Phillips is serving a two-year term as a member representing a business organization on the Citrus College Measure G Bond Oversight Committee.
