English as a Second Language

The noncredit English as a second language (ESL) program at Citrus College empowers adult English language learners to achieve their educational, occupational, personal, and community goals.

We offer a comprehensive, tuition-free English language program with a core course sequence of five language levels: beginning 1, beginning 2, intermediate 1, intermediate 2, and advanced.

Our program serves a diverse population with diverse goals accommodating students at all levels of English skill, with various educational backgrounds, with any immigration status, at any age, and from any country. Students may enter or leave our program at any time, can attend classes as fits their schedule, and do not pay to attend (students are expected to buy a textbook and, if driving, a parking permit). Night and morning classes are available to fit our students' scheduling needs. Our highly qualified instructors, staff, and counselors create supportive, engaging, and motivating environments that bring out the best in every student.

STEP 1. Applying for Noncredit Admission+-

NOTE: An email account is required to complete your noncredit admission application. If you do not have a personal email address, free email accounts are available from many sources, such as Google Gmail, Yahoo Email or Microsoft Outlook.

Create a NEW user account if you are applying online for the first time. If you are a RETURNING user simply log in.
Complete and submit the application; be sure to click the "APPLICATION IS COMPLETE" link.
Important: Print acknowledgement page for your records. Acknowledgement page includes your Citrus identification number, which is needed to access Wingspan and register for classes.

STEP 2. Welcome Letter, Student Email Account, Citrus Mobile App+-

All students will receive a welcome letter with:

Citrus College student login info: in order to log in to my.citruscollege.edu
Citrus College FREE email account: all subsequent information regarding registration and class information and other college communications will only be sent to your Citrus College email.

STEP 3. Registration+-

On your registration date, go to Plan and Register on the my.citruscollege.edu portal.

To sign in to my.citruscollege.edu, you must use the first part of the citrus college email account up to the @ (ex. Jsmith244) and your password will be upper case "C," lower case "c" and date of birth in "mmddyy" format, placed all together, as shown here: Ccmmddyy (ex. Cc022881)

Parking on Campus

All vehicles parked on campus must have a valid parking permit. Parking permits are required in all campus parking lots. Parking enforcement is 24/7.
