Welcome to Citrus College! For more than a century, our dedicated team of faculty and staff has helped students achieve their academic, professional and personal dreams.

Whether you are a current student looking for information or a prospective student exploring your options, I applaud you for deciding to pursue a college education. As you will see, Citrus College is an outstanding place for students looking to transfer to a four-year college or university, train for a career, or simply expand their knowledge and skills.

This past year, our faculty and staff have done a magnificent job developing creative and innovative ways to connect to students. From holding online classes to providing remote support services, our programs and departments have done so much to facilitate student success. As more students return to campus throughout the upcoming year, Citrus College will continue its commitment to offering the best educational experience possible.

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Citrus College students experienced tremendous success. Here a few impressive statistics on the outcomes that our students achieved this past year:

  • 2,585 total degrees were awarded
  • 2,408 total certificates were issued
  • 699 students graduated with honors
  • 63 student veterans graduated
  • The average graduate was 26 years old – the youngest was 19 and the oldest was 62

I hope you find the answers to all of your questions on this website. If you need additional assistance, however, please do not hesitate to reach out to your instructors, counselors or student support staff. We are proud to assist and support you on your path to academic and career success.

One of our most important online resources is the Owl Success Hub. Designed to help students with online learning, this powerful tool also offers health and wellness services, as well as tips on studying at home. The website also makes it easier to schedule an appointment with a counselor.

As we look ahead to a new academic year, it is important that we remember the various challenges we faced and overcame during the pandemic. No matter what adversity lies in our future, I have the utmost confidence that we will persevere.

Thank you for letting us be a part of your academic journey. On behalf of the Citrus Community College District Board of Trustees, faculty and staff, I hope you have an excellent year! Go Owls!
