Professor Rina Gonzales is a graduate of Citrus College, earning her Associate in Science degree and a certificate from Citrus' Registered Dental Assisting program in 2001. Mrs. Gonzales also earned her bachelor's degree in organizational management from the University of La Verne. She has worked in the dental field since 1998 with experience in general dentistry and oral maxillofacial surgery. She joined the faculty team of the Citrus College RDA program in 2008.

Currently, Mrs. Gonzales is a full-time instructor in the program with areas of instruction including dental materials, practice management, radiology, infection control and dental practical experience.

Mrs. Gonzales belongs to the American Dental Assistants Association and California Dental Assistant Teachers Association.

With long term goals of mastering her dental assisting instructional skills and continuing to contribute to the Citrus College community as a full-time faculty member, Mrs. Gonzales also enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
