This contains important information to support your application to the Citrus College Honors Transfer program, along with:

  • a 300- to 500-word essay answering the prompt provided,
  • a teacher or counselor's name and email address to fill out a recommendation form, and
  • agreeing to the student code of conduct for the college and the program.

Please make sure to select either "High School Student" or "College Student" at the beginning of the application.

  • Choose the High School Student option IF you are a current high school student, or a dual enrollment student (currently attending high school and taking college courses at your high school), or a recent high school graduate who has not yet taken college courses.

  • Choose the College Student option IF you are a current Citrus College student (not in high school).

Please email one of the following people if you have any questions about the application or the application process.

Your recommendation is a key part of your application and must be provided by a teacher, professor, or counselor who knows you well and can support your admission to the program.

  • They should know you academically and personally.
  • We suggest letting your recommender know in advance so they can watch for the form and be prepared to complete it.

Please double-check your recommender's name and email address, as the form will be automatically sent to them using the information you provide in your application.

Advise your recommender that the form may be directed to their spam or junk folder, and to check there if they don't receive it immediately after you submit Part 1.

Once your recommendation has been received, you will receive an email asking you to complete a workflow by uploading your unofficial transcripts.

Please make sure that your full name and student ID, along with your GPA and all classes show on your transcript upload.

If you are ready to submit your HTP application, please click this link to direct you to the student application on Formstack.
