How to Reset Password for Office 365 Account [PDF]
When a password reset request is submitted, please allow approximately five (5) minutes for the reset to complete, then proceed to the login screen for Office 365 and enter your student email and temporary password. It will prompt you to re-enter the temporary password and create a new password.
The password will be reset to upper case "C," lower case "c" and date of birth in "mmddyyyy" format, placed all together, as shown here: Ccmmddyyyy (ex. Cc02281981)

Microsoft Office 365 @ Citrus College
Citrus College has partnered with Microsoft to provide advanced email accounts for students - Microsoft Office 365 for education. There are two separate accounts for students to access:
Account 1. Email - Office 365 Account
You will continue to use Microsoft Outlook Web App or Microsoft Outlook to view and send email from your school account, but you will sign in at
https://login.microsoftonline.com/ using the same user name and password you currently use.
Account 2. Personal Microsoft Account - OneDrive, Messenger, Other Microsoft Services
This personal account will give you access to all existing OneDrive content, Messenger, and other Microsoft services. You will use the same user name and password that was used to access Live@edu. Note that Citrus College no longer administers this account. As a result, we cannot reset the password for you. Use
https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx to reset the password for your personal account after the upgrade.

NOTE: If you use Internet Explorer 7 or earlier, you will need to upgrade to a newer version of Internet Explorer.
If you use Microsoft Outlook to read your email and use Microsoft Office 2003 or earlier, you will need to upgrade to Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010 to continue using Outlook.
How to Reset Password for Office 365 Account
When a password reset request is made between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., the reset will be completed after 5 p.m. the same day. If a request is received after 4 p.m., it will be completed by 9 a.m. the following morning.
