The Parent Ambassador Program is comprised of volunteers that serve as liaison between Citrus College and the community. It is an exciting volunteer program to help prospective students and families prepare for college. Parent Ambassadors will:

  • Learn how to be an education advocate for children and their community
  • Learn to navigate the Citrus College website to use as an educational resource
  • Learn how to attend college regardless of immigration status
  • Provide guidance to parents seeking information
  • Develop friendships, expand communication and leadership skills while serving the community
  • Gain many other helpful tools to help students be successful in school, college prepared and ready
