CALIFORNIA COLLEGE PROMISE GRANT (CCPG)
Enrollment fee assistance program established to help students with the mandatory enrollment fee.
Awards are determined by the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) to assist students with their educational expenses. To apply for a Cal Grant, students must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the "GPA Verification Form" (Cal Grant application).
The California Chafee Grant Program provides money to current or former foster youth to use for career and technical training or college courses. The student doesn't have to pay this money back and can use it for things like child care, transportation and rent. The Chafee Grant Program, also known as the Educational and Training Voucher (EVT), is a federally funded program and is subject to the availability of federal funds each year.
