In order to provide students with more flexible options for receiving refunds, Citrus College has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to deliver financial aid refunds to Citrus College students.
All students will be asked to select a refund delivery preference from the following options:
- Electronic Deposit to Your Own Bank Account
- Electronic Deposit to a BankMobile Vibe Account
Here's what you need to do to select a delivery option:
my.citruscollege.edu Student Portal to make your refund choice
Search for REFUND and click on the BankMobile icon. Log in to WingSpan and you will be directed to the BankMobile website where you can set up your profile and select your refund choice. If you select the BankMobile Vibe account as your refund choice, you will receive a temporary virtual Debit MasterCard® to use until your physical card arrives in the mail.
Please note that you will receive an email and green envelope via U.S. Postal Service mail from BankMobile
The email and green envelope contains optional written instructions for making your refund preference selection.
Update your mailing address
Please take a moment while logged on your
WingSpan account to verify your address information. Students can make updates to their address by visiting the Admissions and Records office.
