The mission of Staff Development at Citrus College is to provide opportunities for staff to grow professionally. Appropriate activities desired by the staff are designed to respond to the changing needs of the district, and promote positive and productive interaction among the staff.
District funded activities may include sabbatical leaves, academic travel to conference and workshops, planning retreats, safety and computer training and retraining, diversity sensitivity, leaves for continuing study, and tuition reimbursement for staff to earn a bachelor's or master's degree.
