The Bursar Office provides a variety of financial services for students, staff, faculty, and the public. Please visit the Bursar for revolving cash reimbursements, warrant replacements, to pick up payroll checks, and other district related transactions.

The Cashier Office falls under the direction of the Bursar Office. The Cashier Office collects cash payments for class registration fees, debts and outstanding obligations, and issues ASCC stickers.

The Student Business Office provides a variety of services for students including discount movie and amusement park tickets; club dues and fundraising deposits; international student application and insurance fees; and deposits for departmental ASO accounts.    

The Bursar Office is located in the Administration Building (AD) and is on the second floor, at the top of the east stairwell. The Cashier and Student Business Office are located in the Student Services Building (SS) on the west end of campus.

 A photo ID is required for all transactions.
