Welcome to CSIS 162: Electronic Spreadsheets Using MS Excel: This course provides comprehensive instruction in the use of spreadsheet software to create, edit, store, retrieve, and print spreadsheets and charts. Topics include completing calculations, making decisions, organizing and graphing data, developing professional looking reports, publishing organized data to the Web, and accessing real-time data from Web sites.
Make certain to:

Note: The course may not be available until the first day of class.
- Read the syllabus, additonal introductory documents posted, and "Orientation/Introduction" information for this course at the start of the semester.
The Blackboard login procedure may not be operational until the first day of the semester. After this date if you still cannot log on to Blackboard, please contact the Distance Education Office by email - online@citruscollege.edu
Details regarding the course are set forth in the class website. When you go there, pay particular attention to the syllabus section and the assignment section. Make certain you clearly understand the grading procedures and the submission guidelines for this course.
- Update email on WingSpan so it will transfer to Blackboard
- Your WingSpan ID becomes your Blackboard Username
- Your WingSpan PIN number (six digits only) becomes your Blackboard password
- To change these on Blackboard requires you change them on WingSpan
- Data will be transferred from WingSpan to Blackboard on a regular basis
Once you get to the welcome page, click on the Spreadsheets Using microsoft Excel course link on the right, and you will go to the course site. Please be familiarized yourself with the course site and if you have any questions please email your instructor with your concern. Get your textbook and get started with your initial assignments. A major key to your success in this course will be keeping up with both the reading and the other assignments.
