| On Campus Testing: Two required visits to the Testing Center OR use of a proctor off campus that has been approved by the instructor in advance of the testing period. Fees associated with the off campus proctor, if any, are the responsibility of the student (many college or university testing centers have imposed proctor fees for students and non-students who complete work that is not associated with their classes on campus - Sylvan Learning Centers also have a proctoring service that is based on a "fee for service" basis) |
Welcome! You are either enrolled in, or you are interested in enrolling in, the Administration of Justice 103 Distance Education class. As described in the class schedule; Origin, development, philosophy and constitutional basis of evidence, constitutional and procedural considerations affecting arrest, search and seizure; kinds and degrees of evidence and rules governing admissibility; judicial decisions interpreting individual rights and case studies.
Details regarding the course are set forth in the class website. When you go there (see below), pay particular attention to the syllabus section and the assignment section.
- Update email on WingSpan so it will transfer to Blackboard
- Your WingSpan ID becomes your Blackboard Username
- Your WingSpan PIN number (six digits only) becomes your Blackboard password
- To change these on Blackboard requires you change them on WingSpan
- Data will be transferred from WingSpan to Blackboard on a regular basis
Once you get to the welcome page, click on the Legal Aspects of Evidence course link on the right, and you will go to the course site. Familiarize yourself with the course site and if you have any questions please email your instructor with your concerns. Get your textbook and get started with your initial assignments. A major key to your success in this course will be keeping up with both the reading and other assignments.
