The San Gabriel Consortium offers Foster/Kinship Care Education to foster/kinship parents and care providers in the Citrus College, Mt. San Antonio, and Chaffey Community College Districts.
The programs include:

- Permanency and Safety - Model Approach to Partnerships in Parenting (PS-MAPP)

- Whole Family Foster Homes (WFFH) & Shared Responsibility Plan (SRP) also known as SB500 Training
- Traditions of Caring (TOC)
- YESS-LA (LA County, Youth Empowerment Strategies for Success)
- Love and Logic
- Conscious Discipline
