Refunds are processed through the college's Bursar Office. Please review the Refund Procedures online.
The Cashier is located on the first floor of the Student Services (SS) Building. Please visit the Cashier on the first floor of the Student Services Building to pay citations, pick up ASCC stickers, pay class fees by cash or check, and many other student related issues.
The Bursar Office is located in the Administration (AD) Building and is on the second floor, at the top of the east stairwell. Please visit the Bursar to do revolving cash reimbursements, warrant replacements, pick up payroll checks, and other district related transactions.
