Head Coach Julian (Trip) Horton
Third year head coach Julian (Trip) Horton is excited about his first coaching opportunity. Although he may lack the experience, he certainly doesn’t lack the enthusiasm. Horton has been playing golf many years, and feels he has a great understanding of the game. “I am looking forward to coaching the team,” Horton said. “I believe we are going to have great year.”
Horton’s first experience in college came, when he attended Citrus College. After Citrus, Horton went on to Cal Poly Pomona where he graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. Along with his job as head women’s golf coach Horton also works as Golf Range Team Leader/Assistant Manager.
Horton has been working for Citrus in one capacity or another for 3 years.
